I’ve been told my dreams are my reality that what I see either already happened or will happen to others in the future. I’ve had dreams that have come true whether they happened to me or others. My dreams have always been vivid and in color. I have considered dream interpretation. For some reason with me personally the interpretations didn’t seem right. Recently is when I found out why the interpretations don’t match and it’s because I’m reliving what has happened in the past or future. It’s been a relief for me because I couldn’t understand why my dreams have been this way.

Why am I talking about this? I know I’m not the only one that has had this happen. A lot of empaths have similar dreams and sometimes don’t understand. I just turned 41 and just found out about my gift if I can help others earlier in life than I will.

What do I do about it? Well I’m trying to train myself to remember my dreams so I can write them down. This is done so I can ask my spirit guides and my Arc Angel to help to understand them so if I can help then so be it.

What can your spirit guides and Arc Angel do? They can help guide you in why you had this dream and what you can do about it if anything. This could mean helping a spirit cross over, help the living with a past life issue, or even to tell a spirit’s story for closure for them.
